Come and join us every last Wednesday of the month starting at 10:00AM for each event, May through September! We started our beach clean up in the summer of 2022 and are officially making this a monthly event, all thanks to you all!
It is super simple to join in this event with us, we send out Instagram and Facebook posts and stories as well as making an event on our Facebook page. From there all you need to do is meet us in front of Bob’s at the Park (location can be found on the map below) where we will provide trash bags, gloves, as well as a location for you to clean! When you are done with your location for the day make sure to bring your trash bags back to Bob’s and from there you will have a chance to win FREE merchandise from our wheel! Every year we have our sponsors Unsalted No Sharks and Pura Vida donate free merchandise for all our volunteers to win! Each volunteer will also receive an exclusive Pura Vida bracelet for giving our lakes your time and efforts of the day!
Our goal is to create a conscious movement for clean water for the Iowa Great Lakes. Each of us can do our part, big or small. We want this to be enjoyed for generations to come!
Clean Up Locations:
Many of our customers would love to support our beaches in other ways besides just cleaning up themselves, a great way to support and giveback to our lakes is by purchasing our Unsalted No Sharks products. 10% of all the proceeds go back into keeping not only our lakes clean but lakes around the United States as well! Our customers can shop and wear Unsalted proudly knowing they gave back to our lakes!
